Email Lead Inquiry Sequence

Copywriting Portfolio

The Background-A photo booth company requested 3 emails to be sent over the course of 1 week to lead inquiries from a popular wedding vendor website. They made a request to not use wedding specific language in the emails, as there are non-wedding events that will use this site to find photo booth companies. Also, the leads on this site were also engaging with "the competition", so the company needed a way to stand out.

Voice/Audience-Fun and Friendly! The recipients of these emails are in the process of planning a fun event. The goal was to sound approachable, excited, and eager to be a part of the big day.

Tri-Fold Brochure

The Background- A B2B SaaS client (same client as above ), was preparing to attend the National Restaurant Show and needed a new tri-fold brochure that highlighted how the platform could be beneficial to restaurants. The brochure opens with an overview of the platform's benefits, while the inside center column details its primary features. Although the digital version made some details challenging to see, the layout was designed to guide potential customers through the value proposition.

Voice/Audience-The brochure needed to be clear and concise, catering to the busy restaurant owners who juggle multiple responsibilities. Given the platform's versatility, it was designed to appeal to a range of roles, including owners, managers, event coordinators, and executive chefs, ensuring that each could quickly grasp the benefits relevant to their specific needs.
